Srinagar, Dec 12 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday said that a north Kashmir student, who was reportedly missing since December 8 from his colleges in Delhi NCR, has been traced in Mumbai.

“The boy is safe and sound with his family members now,” a police official said.

A 19-year-old Kashmiri student, Asim Dar, went missing from G L Bajaj Institute premises in Greater Noida on last Saturday.

The matter was reported at Kasna Police Station by his father, who reached Greater Noida on Tuesday after multiple calls to Asim went unanswered since December 8.

However, a police official on Wednesday told UNI that Asim has been traced in Mumbai and is safe and sound with his family members now.
