Bhadarwah, 06-Nov:Department of AYUSH Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday organised a Yoga Session at SDPO office Bhadarwah. The camp was organised through AHWC Passri Bhadarwah as per instructions of Director Ayush Jammu and Kashmir and under the guidance of District Ayush Officer(DAO) Doda to cover specifically the men in Khaki. SDPO Bhadarwah Mir Gafoor and SHO Bhadarwah along with their staff and subordinate cops enthusiastically took part in the Yoga session and performed different exercises related to the phenomenon.
Yoga therapist Nidhi Padha on this occasion demonstrated important pranayams techniques and yogassanas especially for raising the mental and physical efficiency.
SDPO Meer Gafoor while appreciating the role played by the AYUSH department in reaching out to the nooks and the corners of district and facilitating common masses said that such camps go a long way in resolving many health related issues of the common public.
While expressing gratitude to the concerned department, he appealed the Ayush authorities to hold such type of camps in future also in the establishments of belt forces and other departments as well for the convenience of the employees.
