Kashmiri Displaced People Wing DPAP J&K Visited Kashmir Valley

Kashmir, 22-July; The Displaced Kashmiri People wing J&K DEMOCRATIC PROGRESSIVE AZAD PARTY delegation lead by its President Shri Sanjay Dhar and Chairman Shri Piaray Lal Pandita visited Kashmir Valley during this week to hear the Problems being faced by P.M.Package Employees and other non migrants and the delegation assured them in Transit Camp Vessu,Nutnusa, Sheikhpura that their usual problems will be highlighted before the Authorities for earliest consideration.Besides, the delegation visited the Under Construction Transit Accomodations,at Vessu, Kulangam,Shopiyan,Zewan,Terech Kupwara,Bandipora,and it has been seen that the pace of construction is running at a slow pace and the Concerned Authorities are requested to streamline these constructions on double shift system so that the eligible PM Package employees can get accomodation before coming winter.The delegation was told that in Vessu and Sheikhpora Transit Accomodations, the flats meant for only PM Package employees have been alloted to some influential people other than PM Package employees ,which is totally unjustified as it is the responsibility of Govt.to provide them Govt.Accomodation and not the accomodation meant for PM Package employees,who although being meager salaried are living on rent basis.The delegation appeal the Govt.to look into the matter for providing justice to PM PACKAGE EMPLOYEES.The Deligation met the Hon’ble Chief Secretay in his good office Chambers ,besides highlighting the problems being faced by Displaced People in exilement and especially regarding PM Package and regarding unemployed/overaged youth of displaced people, submitted a detailed Memorendum,and due assurances were assured by the Hon’ble Chief Secretay for consideration on priority.The delegation met the Deputy Commissioner Kupwara,whose goodself assured every possible redressal of the Grievances of migrants as well as of the PM Package employees of the District, as and when submitted to her good office.The delegation also requested the Deputy.Commissioner Kupwara to Visit the Karihama School ground for its development with regard to sports encouragement of the District youth.The Delegation visited Municipal Council Barramulla for congratulating Shri Umer Kakroo Shahib, to get the grand victory for being elected as Chairman Municipal Council Barramulla,being a fire brand leader of Democratic Progressive Azad Party .The delegation thankes Shri Vijay Karihaloo,Vice President Kashmiri Displaced People Wing I/C Kashmir for accompanying the delegation on front line and hope for his further grass route level works for the betterment of non migrant Hindu community and PM Package employees in Kashmir.The Deligation appeal the Govt.to nominate an Independent Pannel of Nodal officers, department wise to listen and mitigate the usual problems of Displaced Kashmiri People and PM Package Employees.as well as for non migrant Hindu community,with close liaison to concerned,if the Govt.is sincere for overcoming the miseries of such Community,living as refugees in its own State.
