Srinagar: GOC of Army’s 15 corps, Lt Gen AK Bhatt on Saturday claimed that the recruitment in the militant ranks has witnessed a decline from past two months.
He said that the local youth joining militant ranks was persistent from past one or two years but in last two months it has witnessed a decline.
“We believe that youth will right path and the recruitment would witness further decline,” he said.
