Monitoring Desk,17-Apr; Prime Minister Narendra Modi has shared a video of a lady shopkeeper in Arunachal Pradesh highlighting the benefits of Shree Anna. Sharing a tweet of Women and Child Development Minister Smriti Irani, the Prime Minister today said, the shopkeeper rightly points out the benefits of millets.
In another tweet, the Prime Minister appreciated the work done under Swachh Bharat Mission at Tuensang in Nagaland. Replying to a tweet by Member of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Jacob Zhimomi, the Prime Minister said, tremendous energy towards Swachhata has been witnessed across the country, which has led to tangible benefits in various sectors including health and women empowerment.
Mr. Modi also lauded the inauguration of Shar Nyima Tsho Sum Namyig Lhakhang (Gonpa) at Gyangkhar in Arunachal Pradesh by Chief Minister Pema Khandu. Sharing a tweet of Mr. Khandu, the Prime Minister wished that this sacred place would draw people from all parts of the country and deepen the nation’s deep-rooted connection with Buddhism.
